Who are the Client Services Team?

They say behind every successful man, is a great woman. In our case the great woman is our Client Services Team. Whilst our clients are familiar with their Adviser here at Prosser Knowles, the people behind the scenes can often remain faceless. We don’t come into contact with clients as regularly as the Advisers but it’s true to say that these faceless people are vital to the success of Prosser Knowles and are the thread that helps hold it all together. I must say, as their Manager I’m very proud of what they do.

So who are the Client Services Team and what do they do? Firstly, let me introduce them to you. We have Ayman Abdullah, Angela Bagagiolo, Elly Bishop, Edward Brecknell, Morgan Cale, Lauren Jones, Jack La Fave, Lisa Portman and Beverley While. You can find them on the ‘Our Team’ page of our website. They aren’t just the phone answerers, the tea makers and the photocopiers, they are the team who check and update, process and chase in the background looking after your interests constantly, every day. At Prosser Knowles we pride ourselves on providing a friendly and personable approach, as well as a professional service for our clients. At the forefront of this are the Client Service Team who, as well as speaking to existing clients on a daily basis, are the very first impression a new client will get of our company whether that is face to face at one of our offices, or over the phone.

You can be sure that whatever your Prosser Knowles Adviser has arranged for and with you, whether it be a mortgage, pension or investment, that the Client Services Team have provided their help and assistance from beginning to end ensuring that you receive the very best possible from us. But as they say the proof is in the pudding and only you as the client can be the true judge of the service you receive.
