About Ed
Ed joined Prosser Knowles in January 2013 as an apprentice studying Business and Administration at Kidderminster College. He was keen to progress and stay within the company. In June 2020, he took on the role of Compliance Associate and has enjoyed the variety this role has provided.
Ed’s role includes helping to ensure the company manages current and emerging business risks through the management of a robust risk control environment to continue to provide positive outcomes for our clients. Day to day, that means overseeing compliance systems and controls, financial promotions reviews, assisting in complaints handling, and managing feedback and record keeping.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
The interaction with our advice team and wider support staff to provide them with the systems and controls they need to look after their clients within the regulatory framework.
How do you most like to spend your time outside of work?
I go running regularly and enjoy drinking and eating with friends and family and taking weekend breaks away.
